Anytime that you take weight off of the car!
Remove the heavy glass windows, heck lighten the fiberglass body, etc.
It is bound to be faster, hell what do aerodynamics matter, when you have engine power! Also no air will get caught under the rear panels, thus better than how the Grandsports were vented!
