Default Trying to join NCRS

I'm trying to join the NCRS but can not figure it out. I go to their web site, hit the join key and hit the $35 dollar key but it takes me nowhere. I've called several times and no one answers. I guess they are not taking any new members.

I've also tried to join. There web site just takes you in circles. And yes, I went to the store and everywhere else it said but you keep coming back to a dead end.

Maybe they figure they have enough members and don't want any more and they don't know how to take there part off the internet that tells how to join so they just messed it up and that fixed there problem. You never know.

After you select "buy now", go the top of the page you're on and click "shopping cart" review your purchase and select "checkout", fill out the info and submit.

Click on whatever membership option like to add it to your 'shopping cart' at the bottom, and then go to 'checkout' near the top of the page on the left

I was just renewing myself last night and noticed Canucks get to pay a special price for their membership.

Sorry, but paid labor - may have not been in the office when you sent, ie, at a meet, etc. But you could also revert to the '90s, get the address, write the check and affix the stamp - remember how it was before the computer did EVERYTHING for you???? You know, reading, writing and arithmetic........

They just like to make things much harder than it needs to be.

And getting indignant when change is suggested is the team sport.

newsflash:
become a new member of any car club, and immediately, even before owning a car the club is about start aggitating real hard for change to improve the club. Even if you're the smartest guy in the world don't expect the club to give your suggestions a whole lot of credence.
Hint: get involved in some club activities besides the club blog before aggitating to change it.
bottom line: if your voice is heard and the change you want is likely to happen though pehaps not instantly, refrain from bad mouthing the club on other blogs. Again, get involved in some club activities besides its blog before condeming it. Your view of the club from your 7" screen may be distorted.

Default Ncrs

FWIW,
The NCRS has the most dedicated members of any club I have been a member of or have ever read about. I'm one of them, and proud of it.
If you want to change something, you better educate yourself thoroughly on what you want to change and have a good reason for wanting it. It's kind of like a student going to his Professor and telling his Professor he doesn't know what he's talking about.....I love it... ARA

This thread started out as a question from someone who couldn't figure out how to use the software and was looking for help, and has degenerated into the predictable NCRS bash session.

I think the original post is hijacked enough.
