1962 corvette engine vin # 2105737
http://elmira.craigslist.org/cto/5980594702.html
I'm looking for the 1962 Corvette that came off the assemble line as vin # 2105737. I have the original motor that came from that car. It is in good condition and good running order.. I would like to sell the engine or buy the car. Everything is there , carb, intake, exhaust, water pump, front engine mount, dist, etc. Please call if you have the car or any information about the car. I was told the car was being restored and the owner died. The family took the car before it was finished and the engine was left behind. Please call 607-565-7245. Thank you.

I have the original retail order form for this car.
It was purchased from Marcy Chevrolet in Geneva Ohio 12-20-65.
The car was Laguna blue with blue interior.
The car is a convertible with both tops.
Contact me if you own the car or knows who does.

66 942 block

Hello all,
As you can certainly tell, new to the forum. I am not a Corvette owner but I have run across a piece of iron that hopefully one of you members may be in search of. I would love it if a member here had the car that this was originally in because I feel I need to get it into the caring hands of one of you.
Here's the info I've got:
Block Stamp: T1102IL 6105514
Casting Number: 3869942
Casting Date: J106
I had my machinist bore it .030 with deck plates. I did not have him deck it so as to keep the stamps in tact.
If I could find the owner of the chassis that's in need of this block, I would be very happy. Consider it my contribution to a little Americana.
Oh, the block is of 2 bolt flavor and if your curious, it came out of a 19' jet boat which was destined for the scrap yard.
Thank you all and I am excited to field your responses.
Chris

1967 350hp 327 VIN 101622
For sale. I have this 1967 327 350 horse engine in my 1963. Anyone know where the car with VIN 101622 is? I would love to get them back together vs listing it on Craigslist/eBay.
