Car with VIN 30837S109109 still exists. $4.95 will get you the state the car is registered in. Might turn out to be a winner. This engine is definitely worth much more to the owner of this car than anyone else. I also cross posted this info on the NCRS website.Protect Yourself With an NMVTIS Report

Cost: $4.95 per VIN request.

There is no charge if no record is found.*Enter VIN:

Title History record is available.
Buy report for VIN 30837S109109 ($4.95).

Back to Google to identify all of the Corvette Clubs in Missouri. Contact each one (they usually have a contact email address) asking about a 1963 coupe with that VIN. Tell them you have the engine for that car. Somebody in a Corvette club knows that car.

Member Lookingforlost started a thread in the C1/2 section, looking for the 1962 detailed below because he has original paperwork he found, for that car. I am posting his OP here. There’s also a photo in that thread if people want to look:

Hey Folks, forgive me if this is the wrong area! I was sent here by some fine folks over on Corvette Reddit.

My late grandfather was the owner of a 1962 Maroon Corvette. It was featured in the 1995 Corvette Paragon Reproduction Parts magazine (Which I have here). It was purchased from a man in New York State, likely Ogdensburg, and then my grandfather owned it in Brantford, Ontario. When he died in the late 1990s my grandmother sold it to a man in Brantford, and then he apparently sold it off to a man in Pennsylvania.

It's at this point where I lost track of the car.

My grandmother recently moved out of their home and into a retirement home and going through her drawers and dressers I found all the original paperwork, including all body work done, repairs, restorations, and oil changes for the 62 'Vette.

I would love to get this to the rightful owner who would likely enjoy having this stuff. It's got repair details and appraisals from all over Ontario and the United States.

The VIN number for the vehicle is 20867S105759 and it was assembled January 23/1962.

Thanks so much for anyone that might know someone who owns this Corvette! Sorry if this is the wrong spot!

I posted this back in 2009 and will post it again. I owned these cars at one time and I have information on them and their history and would share it with the current owner with verification of ownership. I see one of my favorites (194375S111980 a 65 fuelie) was sold by Specialty Sales Classics in Pleasanton, CA back in 2010. I contacted them and informed them I had owned the car and had history on it and they could put the current owner in contact with me if they so desired. Haven't heard from anyone yet.

I have owned the following Corvettes and will share info with the current owner with verification that you DO own the car:

1959 ser # J59S107908

1965 Coupe ser # 194375S110740

1965 Coupe ser # 194375S112379

1965 Coupe ser # 194375S111980

1967 Coupe ser # 194377S109950

1967 Coupe ser # 194377S107871

1967 Coupe ser # 194377S116814

This is the link for the '63 300hp Powerglide in the above Post #438.

https://vancouver.craigslist.ca/rds/...681782255.html

There is not a phone # given just a Craigslist email system address which is rsjs5-6681782255@sale.craigslist.org

Asking price is $5000.00 and the Provinces records show that the car existed there at one time.
