Default Upper Bolt On front Spindle

Any techniques to torquing the large 11/16 bolt that goes through the metal front dust shield and caliper bracket with spindle assembly OUT of the car? Was able to achieve the 50-60 lbs of torque for the 2 smaller bolts; but, having problems achieving 75 lbs for the large 11/16 bolt being awkward to hold onto. Had no problem removing it because it was significantly under torqued.

Should I wait until the spindle assembly is connected back in the car to finalize torque requirement?

1966 application.

Thank you.

Yes, mount it on the car and put a drop of thread locker on it…torque it! Dennis
