Default Vintage Air wiring question

66 roadster. My Vintage air instruction says to hook a wire to the run side of the starter switch. The spades on the ignition switch are SOL,ACC, GRD ,IGN and BAT. I'm assuming the IGN spade would be the run spade?
Thank you,
Al

You could also pick up power at one of the"key on" circuits(fuses) at your fuse block. Use one of the brass tapping connectors under the glass fuse. Be sure to tap the before fuse side so you don't put additional load on the fused circuit. It's the outboard side of the fuses on my 63.

I read on the forum where someone hooked the purple VA wire to the brown heater wire. Is this OK?
Thank you,
Al
