Default Socal 65 fuelie inspection

I have a buddy who is looking at a 65 fuelie coupe at Corvette Mike's. Is there somebody who can go inspect car and tell him whether it is the real deal, or a "built" car?

Here is a link to the car: http://corvettemike.com/used-corvett...ted-Coupe-2082

If it is real, it is the deal of the year at that price.

Shame they didn't install the correct radiator, and I believe it should have rosette rivets on the ID tag.

Jim said he could not do this inspection. Any other suggestions? I think that at the listed price, that all is not what is indicated, but I just need to give my buddy an unbiased opinion on the car. He may still want to purchase the car, even if it is not what it is advertized as, but he just needs to know what it really is, to arrive at a realistic value.

Allen Morris - 949-466-7273 (cell) does many inspections at Corvette Mike's. Very knowledgeable, NCRS judge, etc. Lives in Mission Viejo so can usually do a quick turnaround.
