Default Routing of vent tube for C1 posi rear end?

Can someone send me a picture of how my vent tube should be routed on my posi rear end (C1)? Mine has been cut - see the posted picture below. Thanks.

It goes across the direction it is going now and clips into the fastener on the differential with the brake line.

Jill,
The one on my '60 looks like this:

Here is the info from the '60 A.I.M.

I seem to remember reading somewhere about that loop over the differential but I can't put my fingers on that just now.

Hope this helps.

It looks like someone did that for extra protection against water getting into the differential.

Thanks for the great pictures and the scan of the AIM. This really helps!! Now I can make a new one to put on mine with no problems or questions on the routing.
