Default big block starter and fan

I have a starter #31107781 with a cast iron nose and 2A18 stamped on it.The nose has 089 or 680 cast on it. Is this correct for a 66 427/390???
If not what is??? Also what is the correct fan with no air and power steering???

All 427's (except L-88) used the 1107365 starter (cast iron nose, diagonal bolt pattern).
