These are - for the most part - links to Craigslist ads at various places around the country - they are not listed here by the sellers and the persons who posted that are not the owners.
Go to the "C1-C2 For Sale" section of the forum for ads from actual owners.

Good point. Two years ago, I sold my 4Runner on Craigslist 45 minutes after I posted the ad. I was flabbergasted. Barely had time to vacuum it out before the thing was rolling out of my driveway with a new owner. As we've seen before, some of these early 'vettes are priced right and move very quickly! Thanks for the continued postings.

I was supposed to buy a white driver quality 65 convertible from him. Decided not to go forward with the deal. He sold it and saw it listed on ebay around Xmas. Did not meet the reserve. Rod was selling it for 37ish and new guy tried to flip it in mid 40s. Hindsight being 20/20, I should have bought his 65 instead of the heap I did purchase from Missouri.

I think that Winter may be holding the cars for sale back.
As soon as auctions are over and guys start looking at the cars they didnt drive since August , just sitting in the garage and paying the 600 bucks a moth home equity loan on, you will see more fore sale.
I just told a Forum member that the blue 66 in Cali wouldnt last a week and I was right.
If you see a car, dont wait until tomorrow to look at it.
As always have someone look at it if you are not sure. Will be the best money spent

I see some of the higher price point ($55 to 65) cars stagnate for months though. Still hoping that the 65 yellow convertible for $65K will drop into the 50s. I see it is now on ebay for $65. Some sellers just hang on and on to a dream. If it is not selling (for months) then the pricing can't be what buyers are willing to pay?

Melting Slicks
I saw the add when it was 12 hrs old and was trying to get the cash together
Checked back a few hrs later and it was removed
26K the engine was out of the car and I think the 4Sp and bell housing were still mounted in the chassis
no interior shots or the left side rear quarter pics
yes ti did need paint but from the looks of the chrome it was all there except the front bumperette
