Mossport Green is a pretty color, but it doesn't have as large of a following as some of the other colors....

It sounds like, as this is your first post and you joined the forum recently, that you bought the car at a good price and are looking to flip? Not that there is anything wrong with that, just curious....

usually we don't buy cars from a friend of a friend of a friend that we aren't interested in unless its a very good deal.

Right?
Thx for the reply. Not looking to flip, just wanting to hear the opinions of folks with more knowledge than I have as to what these cars are really worth in the marketplace. Hope to enjoy it for a few years

No problem:

Click on your own name either above your avatar in the thread, or in the upper right corner.

When you home page pops up, click on "User CP" (control panel) in the upper left corner.

Click on "Edit Options" part way down on the left column.

Scroll down to the "Thread Display Options", and in the window select the number of posts per page you want. Many go straight to 100, and if you read through long threads, this makes it easier, but YMMV.

Scroll to the bottom of that User CP page and click on "Save Changes".

You should be good to go.

And all this from me, a computer illiterate!

This is a documented 90k mile car! Car has been in same family for 37 years but documented 20 year owner from Ohio where this car was a very recent barn find. So, this is the first time this car has been offered in 37 years! Correct 923A riverside red and correct STD black interior. The original motor and fuel injection unit are long gone unfortunately and car presently has a non corvette 327 that runs decently so the car runs and drives pretty well. The car retains all of its original body panels including the original radiator support, original inner fenders, original emblems and holes in the original fenders along with the orig high redline tachometer proving the pedigree of this special car! The original frame is rust free! These cars are going up daily and if you have looked at restored FI cars then I am sure you know that they are in excess of $150k! Projects, complete non running basket cases are getting in the $60k range! You can drive this car while you prepare to restore it or take this no hit car of mine and get to work on it right away! It is very presentable now as you can see! The engine in the car now is a non corvette 327 engine and I may have an 870 running motor to offer but not sure yet! I do not have any original documentation aside from the owners manual. Call me between 8am and 9pm at QQ6QQ3QQ1...3Q5Q7..QQQQQ2QQ6QQQ0QQQ2 if this seems difficult then click reply at top left corner of page.

I'm in the wrong business. This car was on Craigslist NY last week for $63.5K and now on eBay for $79K. The guy claims to "coincidentally" have had the original correct stamped fuelie block for this car just sitting in his garage when he happened to see the car for sale. I guess "truth" really is stranger than fiction

1966 Chevrolet Corvette l79 350hp roadster - $32000

up for your consideration is a super nice, very original 1966 corvette roadster. numbers matching 327ci / 350hp 4 speed transmission, with power steering, and power antenna. finished in its original colors 976 - nassau blue 414 - bright blue interior. car has all of bonding strips and appears to be all original panels. car has older paint, but man shows real nice. nice chrome and stainless. nit picking the car, the passenger door panel has some cracks in the arm rest, visible in photos. super solid, rust free under carriage. the car drives out fantastic, like it's suppose to. just a good original , high horse power, numbers matching mid year. hard to find this caliber of mid years, we only get a hand full a year, so don't miss out.

1967 Corvette Coupe - $35800

This one has a "story" but I can't figure it out. Going to try to attach a copy of its invoice I was sent. Of particular interest, ....no Power Steering OR A/C listed. AND, an L36 327 at the retail price of a 427/390. Thoughts? Please PM or email if you'd rather not post publicly.

Thanks,
PO

The AC and Power steering are added on... as are the side pipes if that is a copy of the original invoice.

Still, if the frame and birdcage checks out, I challenge you to find a driving 67 for Mid Thirties money....

Send somebody to look at it if you are in the market!

Looked at the ad, and I agree. Well written and appears straight up. This car looks to be an excellent buy at the asking price, perhaps a straight-up steal. Now where in the heck is "bemidji"??? That's where the craigslist ad is.....
