Default Who makes a good car cover?

I'm looking for a simple indoor car cover to keep dust off the car that is lightweight. I guess something like a quality cotton cover.

Doesn't need to form fit just cover the car.

I prefer California Car Cover.

I have a flannel-lined cotton cover for my 1967, but it does let some dust thru. They also sell a Dust-top Cover that is much better for dust. There is a cover for just about everyone.

I have a Wolf cover with the cotton backing. Fits perfectly and drops low on the sides. I have used it outdoors a few times. Dennis

You might put something in parts wanted. I have had a lot of Corvettes over the years and usually have kept the car cover when I sold the car. I suspect that you may find a used cover fairly cheap by spreading the word.

I purchased my Beverly Hills flannel-lined cotton cover just after buying my (1967) car in 1994. It has been cleaned a few times, and new elastic sewn in, but it's still doing well after 20 years.

One of the owners of Beverly Hills Motoring Accessories left in the late 1990's and started CCC. Same covers, just different colors and logos.

Depending on your age, the CCC cover may outlast you.

Funny how we now look at things like that. I was taking to my BIL about pole barns and he said the poles would rot out in 30 years and I looked at him and said "works for me".

I suggested Budge because you said did not have to be fitted. Can't beat Budge for a basic fit-all cover. But if you decide you want fitted, I suggest Corvette America, Premium Flannel. As good or better than CCC, at less than half the price. (note: I live within two miles of CCC and don't buy their covers. I don't care for their pricing).

Not looking for fitted but I did look at the Budge website and didn't see anything in cotton/flannel.

I will check out CA.

I've had good luck with Cal Cover. Stay away from the ones made from paper products. Cotton is the way to go for sure.

Default $50 car cover

LICS sells a cover for $50. Ive had it for 2 years and it works great. Great bang for the buck.

That is the type I prefer - just a light, breathable dust cover. I wouldn't want those flannel deals sitting on my paint in the humidity of Florida for weeks at a time.
