Took my soon to be 90 year old mother out in my Z06 this past summer. One half hearted first to second 1/2 throttle pull and she told me "Ok, you can take me home now"

Took her out in the 60 with the top down and all she did was tell me I was messing her hair up.

My Mom would have ripped off her shoe and slapped me right across the eyes. 5'2", 95 lbs of Irish rage if she wasn't happy....

I believe that Jim Lockwood had a video with his mother in his race car at the track. Probably 5-6 years ago, maybe more.

It was hilarious.

My Mom 85 has a Buick LeSabre too.
She says at her age she's afraid if she gets in a Corvette she won't be able to get out.

In 2008 the Michigan NCRS for the Regional had a GM Proving Grounds tour and my 28 yr. old daughter went along because my wife had no interest and my son was in Calif. I told her she had to take photos while I was driving. She was having so much fun that by the time we got to the 2 mile straight that she forgot to take pictures when I was at 110+mph. But she had been primed for high speed stuff because as an LEO she was riding with me as a family ride-along when we got into a short high speed chase as a 16year old.

P.S. The 3rd picture is of Werner Meier sons trying to hit on my daughter.
