That is one hairy setup - Looking good.

Flares are cool.

LS' run like the wind.

You've made a sizable investment to get competitive in auto-x. How tough is it to place in the GG's events?

The flares come from corvette Pacifica. I'm not sure who actually makes them. Autocross takes a good car for sure but the driver makes the biggest difference. I feel that auto crossing is 80% driver.

Hi K7,
I'm working on a restomod '67 too and wonder where you got the roll cage and how you like?
Second question is are you running manual (no power booster) Wilwood brakes and if so are they 13" or 14" rotors and what size bore on the MC and how heavy is the pedal when it comes to effort to stop to car?

I'll bite...

How is the LS3 525? Do you want for anymore power?

That car looks killer...love the flares and wheels...

The cage is from Autopower. The brakes are wildwood 12.8 front and rear. I run a 7/8 master cylinder. They are harder then Power but give a good feel when I'm autocrossing. I may take and get a tune for the Engine since it still has factory tune. Most of the time its plenty of power since the car is light.

I realize Im bringing back an old thread, but any chance you can give me specifics on the brakes you're running?

I know the ride tech kit uses Fbody spindles...Im considering going that route eventually, just the STG 2 set up. You're the first person I've seen running a manual brake set up with the ride tech spindles...all of the camaro brake kits I've seen seem to have very small front piston area due to the higher pedal ratio in the camaro vs. the vette.

Thanks very much!
