The hood release cable broke on my AC '64. All I need to fix it is a new cable (with handle). All I can find to replace it also includes the bracket which I do not need. Does anyone know of a vendor just selling cable and handle-no bracket???Thanks

You can cut it to the length you need...its the one that goes from side to side for hood latch...

The hood release handle/cable for AC cars, is available from most Corvette vendors. You need the one for AC cars, as it's different than the non air one, that comes with the bracket.
