Default Well I am back.

I sold my 65 a few years ago and now bought a 64. Missed the car and wish I had kept it. But found this and it is a nice driver that I will put side exhaust on it and that is about it. Going to be a long few weeks until it is shipped but here in AZ it is the perfect time to have a vert.

Sweet example of the best year of the midyears... At least my long-held view!

Default Red is Kewl

Congrats on the new to you ride. My first Corvette was '64 convertible blue/blue 300 4speed. Great car that I wish I had kept.

Good Luck

If that tach is to be believed, you should have 2.5 inch exhaust manifolds. To be certain, check the exhaust manifold casting numbers or at a minimum, take a close up of them when you finally get the Vette.

A dealer in Missouri, I have been looking for one a year ago but found a 67 Camaro RS/SS350 that I could not pass on but continued to look. They have had a few dozen on Ebay and on their website over the last 10 months and they all looked good and the feedback was excellent. The car is a driver and that is what I want, was silver but repainted and has a 66 327 motor, one owner for the last 20 plus years, bonding strips all there, all electrics work including the clock, new seat covers and a nice clean frame and birdcage.

Thanks Mike for the info but it has a NOM from a 67 car, casting number 3892657. So I will have to wait to get the car to make sure.

Great looking ride, if I do say so myself (I've got a 64 red coupe w/black interior, and the same high red line tach you've got). See my avatar. Enjoy!
