'62 body drop shim questions etc.
Hi,
We are dropping the body back on a friends '62 this week, he detailed the frame etc. over the winter.
His shims disintegrated when he lifted the body, what is a good reference for initial shim count? I remember seeing an article with counts and the order for bolting down the body, but I can't seem find it?
Any other points to note? It's a full rolling chassis with the engine, I think I remember that it's easiest to have the column loosely installed before the drop?
