Default Breakerless Electronic Ignition recommendation

I have a 63 SWC with a 340hp 327. I would like to install Breakerless Electronic Ignition. Does anyone have a recommendation for what brand to install. Thanks

I agree , very simple to install, trouble free, looks just like normal points set up.

There are several choices available. I have PerTronix in several of my cars, the oldest one has been in the car for 24yrs with ZERO issues. I started out using the MSD Blaster II until PerTronix introduced their Flame Thrower coils. Their later coils must have come from off shore because they developed cracks and puked oil, so I went back to using the MSD Blaster II. The MSD coils only came in red or chrome, so I got the red ones and painted them black.

If you intend to use an original type coil with ballast resistor then there is no question that the Breakerless SE is the simplest, easiest, and most trouble free.

The same set of breaker points have been trouble free on my 67 for over twenty years. Of course I'm not driving it every day either.

I use Pertronics III and coil and I'm very happy with this setup. ( Very hot spark)
There are lots of experts on here that prefer points and condenser. I'm just not one of them.
