That's going to be one very nice looking car!

Wondering what your plans are for the motor/trans - there are so many choices just within the Mk IV engine family alone.

There is now M21 and I keep that trans. Engine is made by previous owner and I bought this car as mechanically ready project I keep that engine there. It is now dusty, but I tested engine before I started my part of project and it was very good. Of course it is now very dusty, but I have to clean it and get rid of that Flex-Lite fan. Engine is some kind of L72 style system: heads are 1967 L71, intake is 1966 L72 and so on...

Today my friend Mikko made house call and installed wind screen. He is profesional car body mechanic so he can do this in 15-20 minutes and if I do this it will take at least a hour. So better this way.

Wind screen is not tinted as was original. Car is very low option and I like to keep it that way.

Little progress has happened. New wiring for rear section is more or less done. Also I had some issues with carb and now there is new Holley 750cfm db. Old Holley will need overhaul, but I will do it later.

Week ago my 66 was in local show. They wanted it even it is still project.

Today it was time to install carpets to luggaga compartment and also do some minor details on locking mechanism.
