I wish that I could watch John's face & reactions as he reads through the 26+ pages of this thread. On the one hand, some folks jumping the gun on the condition of his health. But yet more notably the hundreds of supporters and the fantastic level of regard in this community. Not something you can buy, true respect has been earned.
I wish I could see his reaction.

Stay strong JohnZ. And we will continue to pray for healing.

I sent this photo to John in hopes to give him a chuckle.

His response:

Hi, Rick -

Very cool! Looks more functional than the bib they give all of us here at meal time.

My health has taken an unprecedented and dramatic turn for the better - will be going home on 2/15; carpenters finished building the ramp in the garage yesterday.

Regards,

John

Thanks for sharing that Rick. A little humor goes a long way when someone is battling illness, trust me, I know. It's SO good to hear that John has made this progress, but everyone should continue to pray for him. Prayers DO work !!!

John's going home!! Outstanding news.

And he's having a ramp built. That means he has a mobility scooter. The imagination runs wild thinking about what kind of engine he's going to put in it.

This is a miracle indeed. So happy we're getting our very own private "knowledge base" coming back to us. Can hardly wait till the mid-Feb when we start seeing him comment again. Of course he'll have a LOT of reading to catch up on. Bill

Wait for him to read all this and then he can use Mark Twain's line,
if he decides to do so.

It isn't that JohnZ possesses such a wealth of information that makes him special, it is that he so freely provides that information to others in a completely honest, objective and non-confrontational way. That's what makes JohnZ special.

So pleased to learn of JohnZ's recovery!
