Here is the pic from the article....

Damn shame. At least no one was hurt.

P.S. That does NOT look like Jewel Blue to me.. not like any 61 color.

WOW, that 63 took a hit. I wonder if the driver was injured.

I don't understand how that car got banged in the front RH quarter then again in the rear RH quarter with no damage in between. It must have gotten slapped and then spun into something else...

Not necessarily. "Back in the old days" stuff like that happened all the time. The local Corvette magician would spend a week or two and turn out beautiful work good as new. Of course that guy is probably pushing 80, and is long since out of the business.....so you might be right after all.

I meant for the '61....

I'm confused - are you saying the '63 is yours?

of coarse you can patch it up and blend the paint in in a couple of weeks. but im sure that's not how the owner wants it done and have you dealt with insurance company's lately

Like the commercial says, I drive into a tree and they raise my rates. Gosh, imagine that. Very few excuses for stuffing the nose, learn how to drive.

Its too expensive to fix...just total it...

That's what they/the insurance company will try and do...

Quick fix, hope the resins and paint cure by that time. Wonder if they will have to check that shifter adjustment again.......

Thats got to be very frustating! They should put this on the front section rather than an idiot driver in a ford mustang!

Ha! You can have some fun with messages getting criss-crossed in cyberspace. I'm off to batten down the hatches for Hurricane Matthew the rest of the morning...

When the forum slows down avatars just suck more bandwidth I quit posting mine and turned off viewing others - even Kurmudgeon's...

I also turned off viewing "signatures"; why have the same electrons sent time after time for no reason

Here's FtF's SWC from a thread he posted just about a week ago showing dead straight bumpers. It's just perfect so your conspiracy is a bunch of bunk!

Here's the logo that was found on the crusty old Z06.....totally appropriate, and FTF will probably keep it in place on the car...
