One reason is I do not believe any of these so called classic car insurance sellers about paying off. I would like to hear from anybody that has had the bad luck to collect from them. The concerns about classic car insurance company payouts are specious. All the big names know their business and reputation will rise or fall on how well they handle their customers in a fairly tight-knit collector community.

I also don't know how many generic auto insurers would go with the high "agreed upon" values we put on our beloved classics
