If I could help you I would but I have never replace mine. But I have replaced the exhaust tips and rear muffler hanger and as I recall it would not be that big of a job to replace bezels.

The short answer is, if you'd just crawl under there and look, it becomes obvious. That is, unless somebody has been there before you.

In the future, consider giving your threads different names so people can tell them apart. Also, if the title has something to do with the subject, people might have a reason to click on them.

Its easiest to go behind the rear valence, loosen the U clamp that holds the tailpipe extensions and remove them from the rear (if its an original car you might have to deal with the tailpipe heat shields). When the tailpipe extensions are out you can unscrew the bezel mounting screws.

Take a smartphone pic and/or refer to your AIM on how the exhaust shields are installed before disassembly. Note: many cars are missing them..

If you have the heat shields, be carful, they're sharp. Also, if you do have the heat shields, they need to be put on the stub end of the muffler pipe, then the exhaust tip is threaded through it, and the bezel. You may find it beneficial to remove the corner bolts of the rear valance to give you a little more room to work. Not hard to do, but it's one of those jobs that takes longer than you think.
