Default What transmission do I Have?

It's currently installed in my 1965 327 conv. At birth it was an auto. I found a few numbers last night, replacing shift levers this weekend. It jammed last week on a test drive. May have to rebuild shifter also. Any thoughts? Thx, Chuck

If it is not on one of these three sites, I don't know what to tell you.

By the way, the people at Autogear are a great source for help, good parts, good prices, and fast service.

Ron

Looks like a 64 to 65 Muncie M20 wide ratio.

3884685 is the side cover from a 66/67 Muncie 4 spd.

3840383 is the bell housing appropriate for those years.

Get a picture of the rear portion of the trans on the drivers side. Vin# stamp can be found there

"kmow" it ? Don't be fooled - for some of us, me included, it just comes from having a really good set of reference books!
