'62 corvette restoration need help
Where is the best place to get a wiper motor restored? Is there a publication that specifies what color parts should be painted to be correct? I ahave an assembly manual coming on cd but the po painted everything black in the engine compartment and I would like to know what is correct. Thanks for any helpful info.

Go to the NCRS.org web site and order the judging manual....the wiper motor should be two different shades of silver color. The first generation Corvette wiper motors had some unique features (including a zany washer system) so if you want an expert Jay Maxwell of Capital Restorations out of Gaithersburg, MD can do it: 301-948-9481 or 9482.
