Black 64 Newer Single Stage Polish/Wax Opinions + Spider webbing.
So my Tuxedo Black 64 Corvette I believe has a newer single stage paint.
Its looking pretty darn good, but always looking to go one step better.
Plus I have some small spider webbing fiberglass cracks that I'd like to try and hide further.
I have the tools & do the prep work, I've stripped and went a few ways.
Rules Duetto for 6" pads and a Griots 3" DA with Griots pads and some Lake countrys.
Polished with meguiars & did gold class, not bad.
Stripped & used Pinnacle XMT Glaze followed with Pinnacle Souveran and that was better.
Bought some stuff to do a better strip after I started thinking this was a single stage paint, used Pinnacle Paintwork Cleansing Lotion followed by Pinnacle Advanced finishing Polish, followed by Poorboys Blackhole Glaze & then used Pinnacle Souveran. This is where she sits now and I'm pretty happy, but always looking for suggestions...
So looking for suggestions along the Black/Hiding small imperfections/Single Stage line of things. Been looking at several things, ordered these as well, but havent tried yet. Meguiars #7 Glaze, Nattys Black paste Wax, Blackfire BlackIce.

Since you are not looking for a miracle and only trying to "hide" the imperfections Turtle Wax makes/made color match polish that actually came in colors. It is/was available in black. If nothing else when it dries it will be black in the minor spider webbing and therefore should be less noticeable.
I have to say though that car looks pretty darn nice even with the little imperfections that only you probably know they're there.

Is my neighborhood looked like yours would be polishing my Vett. too.
However both my neighbors are junk yards so...
(but you can't imagine the fun things you can do with neighbors like that.)
