Looking for Holley Recommendations for L79

I am in the process of having a new period correct engine built. but internal CI will be 355" . I aim to use the L79 3844461 manifold. I have a couple of Holley 2818-1 but was wondering if I should consider possibly going a little more cfm, maybe 650. What other Holley carbs would be a good choice that may fit manifold? I also plan to run the stock L79 air cleaner as well as running Brodix IK180 heads.

The manifold is not altered and I really don't want to modify it.
