Never got the whole tattoo thing...not as a youth, not in the Army and not later in life...
I have no problem if somebody else wants to get inked up....but it has zero appeal for me..

with Frankie, it is just not for me but if others want it then that is up to them. My son had 1 Tattoo while he lived at home. I told him don't bring home another one or he would have to leave and get his own place that he would not be allowed to live here. About 3 weeks later he came home with another one and was kind of showing it off in my face. I just told him that he had to be out of the house the next day with all his things or I would pitch them out in the yard. He thought I was kidding till noon the next day when I pitched his cloths and tings out of the house into the yard. I told him this is my house and if you do not fallow my rules in my home then you have to go. He picked up his stuff and got the rest of it out of his room and was gone. My house my rules.

Regarding the art, it's nice but I think the car would be a lot easier to make out without the busy dark background. I don't do tattoos but like to look at the art. Too many turn into black splotches from 10 feet away and I suspect this is one of them.
Also, the art on the car is so nice, yet the number 63 looks so weakly hand drawn. Odd.

A similar 'blow up' with the "ole man" and I was on the train to Richmond, Va to the Army intake center....
I'd gotten fond of eating and didn't have many alternatives
I grew up in a Navy town and saw more tattoos (good and bad) than you can imagine. A sailor tradition....even the gals -- the joke was that they would get a big "W" tattooed on each butt cheek and when they bent over "WoW"..
