Default Installing larger rear valance exhaust bezels 63?

Hi

I want to install larger exhaust on my 63 vert and the chrome rear valance bezels are quite small. Will later model C2 bezels fit and are they bigger inside diameter?

64-66 bezels measure 3.4'' diameter. Should be able to make them fit.

I think you'll have to obtain a later year rear valence and bezels. They are large enough for carefully fitted 2.5" tailpipes,

If your 63 is original the later valance won't fit without some modifications (mounting holes at each end) and bonding strip. You can cut in the later bezels in yours.

Some modifications, for sure! The '63 filler panel and cars inner fender's flanged mounting surfaces are a one-year only configuration. Pic below is of a '66, but it typical of '64-'67 by the way it fixes the LH and RH side. Compare it with your '63 and you'll see the difference right away.

Bringing this back up for some help. My understanding is that the 63 bezels are 2 7/8". Ausbrian mentions that the 64-66 bezels are 3.4" diameter. My quick search says that the 67 bezels are the same 3.4" diameter as the 64-66 but have a thicker flange and mounting studs vs the screws in previous years. Anywho I'm asking because some sites are selling them as 63-67 bezels and when I've called to ask the diameter they're giving me blank pauses. I would like to find a pair in Stainless that are at least 3.4" or larger. Thanks much for the help.
