Default What tool is this?

I'm usually pretty good at identifying stuff and I know this is a tune up kit of some sort. Anyway I just picked up a Proto rollaway and top box full of Proto tools. Way more tools than anyone should ever need and this was in it. What are the round things?

That is a point adjusting tool. You would put one of the adapters around the point cam and then using the supplied feeler gauge you could adjust the point gap without having to get the point rubbing block on the high spot on the cam.

The numbered wheel is a "dial a gap" to set point gap.

I bought mine from JC Whitney in the early '70s. I have bits and pieces around everywhere/somewhere. I think the wheel and numbers where used for chevy type points but the '70s are still kind of foggy.
