Problem windshield washer pump
Guys Help
Bought this 1966 last month and omg finding lots bugs one of the last few is the washer pump wasn't working .
So I got the billows kit and hoses hole thing.
First I found the washer wasn't plugged in at all .
So I took it off cleaned it for hours hooked it back up and primed the lines.
Still not pumping so I opened it up to see if the billows was pumping it WAS.. DAM so I'm stuck here. All new parts and hoses .
Could I've plugged it in backwards ? Any tips

Water should squirt onto the windshield.
