Tyler, turn the MOAB around and strap it to your 55 and you will have probably the worlds fastest 55 Corvette there is. Till you hit something. Really that is cool.

No rocket motor on that puppy. They just let it roll out the back of a C-130 and get the heck out of Dodge as it just pretty much goes straight down.

True.

But, if you triggered that weapon next to the C1 you would still have the fastest '55 Corvette ever.

But it would be in a million pieces, all flying close to the speed of sound in all directions, none of which would be recognizable after the dust settles.

1 mile blast radius or thereabouts, IIRC.

Took the picture several years ago at the Armament Museum at Eglin AFB Florida. The planes are set out so you can get some nice pictures.

i remember in Desert Storm, I was with the 101st ABN DIV and the Air Force dropped the Mother of All Bombs back then...somewhere in Iraq....I think with the changing times the MOAB has grown....
