Hi all;

I just talked to the seller of a 57 Corvette in Lamont, IL (suburb of Chicago).

I think the next step is to see is there is anyone local that could take a peek at the car for me.

The seller sounds honest and solid, but I just want another opinion before I start down the road to an acquisitiion.

OK, is there anyone in the local Lamont, IL area that would be willing to take a look at a 57 Corvette.

Looks to be a pretty solid car. If this was around a couple of years ago when my interest in '57's was rekindled, I might have been driving that one around for the past couple of years, instead of still trying to complete my '57 project car 26 months later. I would have had less money invested, too.
