Don't get me wrong, my wife is a 'trooper'. She went around Sebring for a 'touring lap' in the '61 with my crazy driving and once took a 2 hour trip to a relative's house with the 61 packed to the gills and a pet carrier in her lap with our much-despised (by me) cat on board.

I have owned this '66 of mine for 9 years now, the first 3 of which I had had the pleasure of driving it. Once it's together I plan on having a few friends over for it's debut for getting back out. I have refused to open this bottle until that day (check the date on the top):




Once everything is just the way I want it and I can relax for awhile I may have a few others over and I may open up this one:


Or maybe I'll sell the second one to finance the next restoration.
