Why does the "Ask A Question" overlay keep me out?
I've been here for 15 years, and all of a sudden I can't log in - the black "Ask A Question" overlay blots out my ability to log in - eliminates the entire right half of the page, and can't be removed. WTF??

only time you see it is when you are not signed in...not sure how it blocks you as you can close it
