Default Anyone figured out a way to plumb an AN fitting to the oil pressure gauge?

I'd like to run a -3 AN braided line from the LS engine to the stock oil pressure gauge but I havent had any luck finding a fitting to mate to the GM proprietary gauge fitting. Has anyone figured this out here? If not, I will simply have to run a stock oil pressure line.

Well at least here's a little background on the issue and some suggestions:

Mine had a braided line, but I replaced it with the stock line.
IIRC there was a brass fitting on the back of the gauge with an adapter. Ill see if I can find it.

Thank you Bill but I dont think the gauge is a standard NPT size because 1/8" NPT is slightly too big. I tried an Earls 1/8" to -3 AN and no go.

The gauge fitting is 5/16"-24 TPI. I have also been trying to find a way to adapt it to AN-3.

AN-2 has the same size thread and pitch, but I have been unable to source AN-2 fittings. They seem to be made of unobtainium.

Eaton-Weatherhead makes the stock gauge fitting, but I can't find anything else in their catalog that might work.

I actually started to fabricate a fitting on the lathe, will continue tomorrow.

what is the size of the AN fitting on the end of the braided hose that has to adapt to the (I presume a compression fitting) on the back of the gauge?

this is going to sound Bubba-ish, but I would get the corresponding brass fittings for the gauge end and the hose end, and with a piece of interconnecting copper tubing and some solder, I would make my own adapter...

Thank you Buns and Bill. Since the gauge threads are 5/16"-24 TPI, I will center drill a 5/16"-24 bolt on a lathe and then index it to a steel -3 AN fitting and TIG weld them together, that should work.
