Default 1966 427/425 POP Decode please

First pop I've looked at to decode and from the Nolan Adams book info I can't seem to understand it.

Default Pop

It's from a 1966 Caprice 2 door sport coupe with a 396/325HP with a Turbo Hydramatic 400 transmission. Engine was assembled March 2, 1966, and had a Rochester carb on it.

Common "trick" to throw any 66 POP in the glovebox.
