Hi, Doc! Enjoy life at a new lower pace - we've missed you at VH! Conway is the home of Diamond Back tires - nice family folks.

I used to travel to Conway once a month ten years ago. I didn't know diamondback was there!
its basically suburban Myrtle Beach. The upside is you ar a pleasant drive past Georgetown to Sullivan's Island and then Charleston whenever you please.

You'll be able to enjoy year-round driving.

While many locals try to avoid Myrtle Beach during the summer season, there is something going on there throughout the year. One of the biggest car shows in the SE takes place there in the spring, before the tourist crowds take over. The Myrtle Beach Corvette Club hosts a huge Corvette gathering in early June every year. Corvettes come from quite a distance along the coast.
Good luck... GUSTO

By the way Mark, go ahead and sell the snow-blower... But if you have a generator, hang on to it, it may come in handy from time to time.
Although South Carolina seems to fare better than we do just 100 miles north in NC, you'll learn to think of a hurricane as just a very wet Nor'easter after a while!
Remember, down here "oil" and "you'all" are pronounced pretty much the same... sounds like all up North.

Hi Mike,
Sold the TBird in April, the Vette is definitely going with us.
I'd like to get a 65 - 69 El Camino as my daily driver. I'll start looking after we get settled.
