The rubber boot under the shift tower wasn't set properly under the shifter on my LGT700. The rubber wasn't aligned properly under the clamp, and ultimately ripped creating a significant mess. I'm writing this in third-person in a shallow attempt to deflect blame.
I'll call SST on Monday, but thought I'd ask the forum to see if anyone knows a part-number for the below part. I'm out of action until I can get a replacement. SST site is useless for these smaller items. Wish they had a published parts-list for all the gaskets, seals, etc...
