Here's my '65 but, obviously, is not a big tank car. Plate was on a real 36.5 gallon '65 that I sold back in late 2015. Up here, plates belong to plate purchaser, unless surrendered. I tried to get "LAST 396" but it was already taken. And yes, Virginia, it really is the last '65 VIN 23564, and it's a real 396 (owned since 1988).
