Yeah - there must be some chaffing when walking around with 'boys' the size he has....

I wonder if he has ever thought about what would happen if he had a flat tire while doing slides like that on a curve that close to the edge of the cliff?

Nuts!!! I enjoyed that. Our Viper group just did the Mt Washington, New Hampshire climb. Similar kind of road and areas with no guard rails, but nobody was driving like that guy. He's very skilled.

I find it hard to believe he can make it to the top on one set of tires!

That's Ken Block, an amazing driver. The car is all wheel drive and he has several of these videos out there on the web. Definitely not done on one set of tires. It takes all day to do one of these shoots.

They need to take that boy's guns, knives, kitchen utensils, etc away from him - he's certifiably insane.

In almost every skid scene you can see previous skid marks. I would like to see the earlier "takes" that were deleted; could be even closer to the edge....

Pikes Peak isn't a National Park, although a lot of tourists try and use a NP annual pass. It's actually owned by Colorado Springs. The gate he stopped at is actually on the way down the mountain where they stop you and check your brakes for excessive heat (people tend to ride their brakes and not use lower gears). If they are too hot, they make you pull over and let them cool off. Coincidently there is a gift shop at this location.

As a passenger I'd probably be tapping out even while there was still vegetation along the road. Up where it's just rubble, no way in hell .....
