Just word of caution, these 16" DO pull 40 amps.

If a fan was ever something to get excited about, when USMC's came on...I was impressed. A new Dewitt's and a Spal make cooling worries seem distant.

You drove the car before I had the timing totally sorted....

In any case, here is the link to my fan (22A draw):

More importantly, here is my engine tempo (verified with IR gun) in Tampa in Aug...

I’m a DeWitts fan...haha- see what I did there?

(I’ve since painted the instrument cluster bolts)

Perfect timing. I just finished pulling the hood and radiator out of my '67 this afternoon. It has a newer "Be Cool" radiator in it. I ordered the mounting brackets for it from Summit Racing about 10 minutes ago.

I bought the SPAL 2049 puller fan rated at 40 amps, by the way. I'm thinking your 22 amps is spot on. Since the Be Cool radiator isn't that old I'm going to give it a try. When it's back together it'll have the shroud, fan and fan clutch back on it as well.

Shemp,
Just got in and I’m home for two days, let me know if you’d like different pics.

Thanks, those were what I was looking for. Did you have to pull the radiator to install or just the fan and shroud.

I replaced the whole thing as a unit (fan and rad), so the shroud was already off.

I already have the Dewitt's rad. installed so just wondering what was involved in the install.
