Trans Tunnel insulation for modified c2
Guys,
I am trying to determine the best insulation for my transmission tunnel..I wont be using the factory stuff because the car is modified, has an SRIII frame and I will be using a TKO 600 trans. I dont think Dynamat is made for this application, but was hopiing for something like that....Let me know what some of you have used. Thanks
Johnny J.

Drifting
When I had the engine/trans out a few months ago, I lined the trans tunnel with Dynamat in place of the factory molded insulation piece. Doing that, of course, I was able to cover more area than the factory insulation. I've been driving the car fairly extensively since, and have had no problems. Just make sure the 'glass is really clean before you install it.
