No, none of that is necessary IF the car is as OP described. And he is insistent that it is, so, I believe him! It is in as-new, 100% original, time capsule condition, under 27K miles, sitting 5 miles from the selling dealer. If he can buy it for anything under $200K, he will be in good shape.

I guess we will find out. I have no doubt it’s original and sure it’s there. Hopefully I will get to look soon. He has a lot of original docs and a copy of the original title. The original owner is 93 and he would be my first stop as soon as I get the car bought..
