1st snow 2018
This when I try and forget about the 1961 C1 till spring , It may just move to pull a few sleds out from garage storage loft , Then the wcfb 2x4 setup should find its way back on the motor soon
The attached pictures are my uncles 1960 top down long ago and the 54 belonged to another uncle , That one we have tracked down and during the winter months hope to do a short article & history then submit to on solid ground publication the 60 is also owned local but no write up would be done on that car ! the 54 started it all for me !
The last picture is my 61 motor last year before removal of the wcfb set , soon they may find their proper place on the 1961

I seem to remember something they referred to as snow from my youth in Michigan. Here is Southern California, we have something falling that they call "ash," which is nowhere near the same.

The only snow I ever want to see again is watching it on TV....did my time in Pittsburgh and Maryland as 'essential' personnel on the job. Having to get out in that stuff and 4-wheel it to work... And watch other driver's doing their pirouettes on the black ice due to zero inclement weather driving precautions...
