Default Alternator pulley. 1966 427. No PS or AC help needed

Guys I need a little help here Please . L72. 427ci. 425 hp
I’m trying to find the correct pulley and my Corvette technical information manual judging guide is Very vague gives me a part number 3829193 but when I look it up states With PS this motor has no PS or AC
I found the right alternator but naturally it came with the wrong pulley.
Can some one let me know the correct part # and who may have it?
Thanks Guys

The original part number is 3829387 which is a 3-5/8" OD pulley. Get one at Paragon (1651) or CC (302009) for under $40. The part number you mention is the same OD but has the wider outside spacer for P/S. Bill

I believe this is (another) example of where the JG is wrong. Mine shows the same chart you posted.

However when I look in both of my Parts Books from the early 70's, they show the "193" pulley as a 63-64 F.I. / S.H.P only. Does not show the 193 pulley used after 64.

What both Parts books do show is pulley "387" that I mention used for L79's (as per the chart above) but also L78 (65 396) and 427's without P/S.

So that chart should show 3829387 pulley not only for L79 but also L36 and L72 without P/S (N40). Fyi Bill

If you get deducted on it (based on the JG), point them to any Parts Manual and that should be sufficient to dispute. Bill
