Default Frankie the fink article

There’s a nice article in my corvette museum magazine today that Frankie wrote about his unfortunate accident in his 63. Nice job Frank.

Really... he was your adjuster and also owned a SW?!? Well can't get much better than that!

So he hit you!?! In the front end like that? Not bad enough for a head-on... so???

Cool article Frankie. I had the same NCM experience but vastly less damage when we punted a doe. I'll bet that was a pretty big NCM check.

To read double click and zoom... miss some words in the glare get the highlights.

He has enough NOS parts to make it newer than new again. The insurance check will probably need a 3/4 ton truck to carry it home. He needed another project.

Nice article in reference to a bad incident Frankie!

While in Bowling Green a few months ago, I met Adam Boca and a few of the other adjusters there.

All were very nice people and definitely a first class business.

If I'm correct, they write for American Modern, who also handled my claim.

As unfortunate as it was, I couldn't have asked for a better response!

Again, nice article Frankie!

Glad the car is back in good shape Frankie, I had no idea you had been in the accident. Glad you were not injured. Parts is parts, with the right mechanic things can be made right again.

Glad to hear it worked out Great for you Frankie. I too have NCM Insurance on my three Corvettes. Now I know when I'm out and about, in any one of my cars, I can drive cautiously and comfortably knowing NCM is behind me all the way.

PS. Hard to find a Body Shop that Really Cares about how they fix your car.

Full story??? What full story?

Some of us want to know how this happened. Was it the fault of the drum brakes, or did the Pertronix fail in the middle of a crowded intersection? There's much more here we're not being told.

We need to hear the ...rest of the story!!!

Frank,

I'm glad you are OK, were these people without any insurance "New Americans"

I assume they got locked up, correct? After all it's against the law, right? Or is there a double standard there also..

Default Accident

did the other driver cross into your lane for a head on collision? Or did he intentionally back into you? If its the latter, how is NCM handling that?

His story... Glad it worked out for him. The only person who know is Frankie. He probably wants to forget about it nor really feels he needs to share what happened. Hopefully nobody was hurt.

BTW, my neck still hurts.

but no one sad it had to be the story... just a story!

I actually heard it had something to do with an upcoming episode of OVERHAULIN, that went terribly wrong when they tried to steal the car from the FantomWorks shop after Dan had a meltdown over finding rust in the floorpans... (you get the idea...)

Frankie's last name ends in a vowel. I learned a long, long time ago that one should never push for information from those types....they seem to be eerily (pun intended) handy ice-picks and such. Mum is the word here. Let's move along........
