mostly to get out of Canadian cold and of course to golf
my question,,, anything like that going on during the times i will be visiting
or,,, any great golf courses i should lose my ***** on ?

You can check out www.flacarshows.com and click on Central Florida (under the first tab) for events (or sort them by day; e.g. Sat). There is always Old Town in Kissimmee every Saturday night but that venue has gone downhill I'm afraid...

Winter Haven (just down Ft 27 south of Davenport) has their downtown car show the first Saturday of every month. Sometimes there are 150 cars, sometimes 20 -- seems to be a crap shoot.

We have Bay Hill and Grand Cypress golf courses; get your wallet out! There is also the Palm and Magnolia courses on Disney near the armed forces Shades of Green "on property" hotel.

Shades of Green is a helluva deal if you're retired or active Dept of Defense..

The one I pictured has side marker lights so I assume its a later model. Fella bought it this month at Mecum on a whim and it was featured in the Orlando Sentinel newspaper here. It actually has washable factory doilies (that's lace if you're wondering) over the headrests to keep the seats clean.

Bella Collina in Monteverde (near Clemont) is a nice course. Has a lot of elevation changes; something rare for most Florida courses. They usually have affordable rates. Frank is correct, Bay Hill and the Disney courses will cost you this time of year.
