Where the C2 Corvette Teak Wood steering wheels made of just Teak Wood or Teak & Rosewood?

My girlfriend gave me this one as a birthday present in 1975. It was on the wall of the office of a performance car dealer -- he wanted $75 but too pricey for me. There was considerable sweat burn on the side facing the driver, and there's a small chunk on the finger side at 12 o'clock (not visible by driver). So I sanded it and applied a coat of clear Varathane. Back side is untouched. Notice the bevel on the metal spoke slot.

I have PS and a 67 so no need for original or 16, but I liked the look and feel of wood.

I had Eric custom make me one selecting for darker teak than the ones he had while set up at Carlisle a number of years ago - closer to the stock 67 color or some of the aged originals. It has bevels & came out great for my purposes.

Looks like the consensus is that it’s a Freeman.
