You do know you can make your own flat sheet fiberglass....and fit it to your opening and laminate it in...or do what is shown in this thread....or do it how ever you have figured out how to do it.

Check it out and the end result of the heater box close out (prior to priming) is in POST# 63. And YES...Vette Panel Adhesive is used here also.

you can order flat fiberglass sheets in all kinds of different thicknesses

But I am sure... much like you.... you can make your own instead of buying it if oyu were in the process on a job and just did not want to wait.

Due to having the materials/tools to make it...I make my own. And that also includes carbon fiber when needed.

In POSTS #189 to #193....I show how I made my own sheet fiberglass.
